This beautiful cabin features three king bedrooms- all with ensuite (attached) bathrooms - plus a loft with two more sleeping spaces that share a Jack and Jill bathroom. Great for a large group! Huge beautiful windows give you a view of the horse pasture, the mountains and the Portneuff river. Access to private tubing on the river is one of the best benefits! Use of Hot Tub and River is at your own risk.

Our family enjoyed the peace and tranquility this beautiful home offers. We had plenty of comfortable spaces for everyone to relax. The kitchen was well stocked for us all to enjoy our meals and sit together to chat. The best part is the wrap around deck. It was so wonderful to sit outside with the cool breezes of the countryside with the view of the river and the mountains. It was so fun watching the humming birds drink the nectar from the bird feeders. Absolutely beautiful!!

We can’t say enough about this place. It met all of our expectations. It was beautifully decorated and planned out with attention to detail. We needed a place to accommodate our group of 12. Sandy’s rental was not only spacious, but well equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen items, bath items, to extra blankets, toys and games for all, (even corn hole). She provided a selection of coffee bar items and a yummy snack/treat tray that was a surprise. We loved having our own en-suites. And the loft spaces were perfect for our daughter’s family of 5 with parents and baby on one side, and kids on the other (bathroom in between). There are 2 pack n play beds and a high chair for babies. We fished, Zip-lined, rafted, and golfed. Our favorites? *Being able to fish right in front of the cabin along the river. (Yes! There are some big trout in there). *The subtle sound of an occasional train passing in the distance. (It’s like being in the middle of a ‘Dishscape’). And, *The VIEWS!

We absolutely LOVED our stay here! The place was so nice and accommodating for lots of people! We stayed here for a girls bachelorette trip and it was perfect for 10 of us! Since we had so many girls on this trip, we were all trying to get ready for dinner. Doing so, we all started using our blow dryers and accidentally tripped the breakers in the bathrooms. We texted Sandy and she was so quick to reply and helped us resolve this issue so fast so we were not late for dinner. We had such a fun time and can’t wait to come back again!

We had the best stay! We went for a girls weekend and the home was beautiful and cozy. The property is expansive and peaceful with great views. Sandy does such a good job paying attention to detail from decor to amenities and items for comfort. We didn’t go without anything. I am healing from a lot of injuries and to have many smarthome features was perfect. She was also very friendly and responsive and truly wanted to make sure we had an amazing stay. I’ve vacationed a lot and this is easily my favorite Airbnb. Can’t wait to go back.

Our weekend stay at this Airbnb was absolutely perfect! As a group of moms looking for a relaxing getaway, we couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful and peaceful place to unwind. The home was stunning, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The outdoor space was breathtaking, offering incredible views and the perfect spot for morning coffee and evening chats in the warm hot tub, overlooking the beautiful river. Our host, Sandy, was incredibly accommodating and responsive, making our stay seamless. If you’re looking for a serene retreat, this is the place to be. We can’t wait to come back!

I booked Sandy’s place for an extended family getaway and it was perfect! Very spacious with lots of room for everyone to be relaxed. Sandy was very responsive and accommodating to any questions we had. Everyone loved it. Just what we needed for some much needed family time. The views were amazing and we were all a little sad it was so cold. We definitely have plans to come back in the spring or summer to experience more of the outdoors near the house.

Beautiful new home in a perfect location. Mountain and river views right from the floor-to-ceiling windows. We liked the house/location so much we decided to extend our stay last minute. Sandy was super responsive. The house came fully loaded with everything we needed and some really nice extras that you don't usually see at Airbnb's. It was easy to see that it's a special place for the hosts as well. We will definitely be coming back.
